Advances in Precision Polymer Synthesis Using Reversible Deactivation Radical Polymerization (#401)

The development of new synthetic methodologies which allow for the preparation of macromolecules with defined structure and functionality remain pivotal for the ever expanding range of applications found for advanced polymeric materials. This symposium will focus upon reversible deactivation radical polymerization and incorporate mechanistic and synthetic studies that enable the preparation of well-defined polymers, as well as cover physical properties of these synthetic materials. Thus it will act as a forum in which polymer scientists can communicate important advances in this research field.
